DEPUTY OPERATIONS MANAGER – WOHLSTAND SECURITY

Wohlstand Security is seeking a highly disciplined and experienced Deputy Operations Manager with tactical leadership expertise to oversee premium security operations in Roatán. This senior management role will work directly with executive leadership in daily operations, executive protection, and elite team management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven command or leadership experience in military operations

• Preferred background in the Honduran Army or international special units

• Minimum of 5 years leading operational or tactical teams

• Excellent physical condition and ability to pass rigorous fitness tests

• Fluent English and Spanish (mandatory)

• Experience in executive protection and high-profile client management

• Willingness to relocate to Roatán

• Valid driver’s license

• High level of discipline, confidentiality, and decision-making under pressure

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise daily security and operational logistics activities

• Lead, train, and evaluate elite security teams

• Coordinate executive protection operations and VIP events

• Oversee security operations for projects, resorts, and private properties

• Ensure compliance with operational protocols and security standards

• Coordinate tactical deployments and field incident response

• Prepare operational reports and risk assessments

• Work directly with executive leadership on strategic planning and special operations

• Maintain professional relationships with high-profile clients and stakeholders
