HEAD BARTENDER / MIXOLOGIST

We are looking for a passionate Head Bartender / Mixologist dedicated to hospitality, mixology, and creating memorable guest experiences. This role leads bar operations, develops the team, and ensures luxury service standards aligned with the resort’s hospitality philosophy.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4–6 years of experience in mixology, premium bartending, or bar leadership

• Experience in hotels, resorts, upscale restaurants, or luxury hospitality concepts

• Advanced conversational English

• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and classic & modern cocktails

• Experience developing signature cocktail menus and beverage programs

• Experience managing inventory, costs, and operational controls

• Knowledge of service standards, food safety, and responsible alcohol service

• Ability to lead, train, and develop bartending teams

• Excellent presentation, communication, and guest service skills

• Ability to work under pressure and lead live operations

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead daily bar operations and ensure service excellence

• Ensure compliance with service sequence and operational timing standards

• Supervise beverage quality, presentation, and consistency

• Create memorable and personalized guest experiences

• Develop and update cocktail menus and premium beverage recommendations

• Train staff on product knowledge, service standards, upselling, and operational procedures

• Oversee hygiene standards, allergen protocols, and responsible service procedures

• Monitor inventory, beverage costs, and bar supplies

• Coordinate with Food & Beverage and operational leadership teams

• Ensure a luxury guest experience aligned with Pristine Bay standards
