JOB DESCRIPTION:
We're hiring a full-stack digital marketing operator to own the entire marketing function across all projects. This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategy-only position.
Scope:
Paid advertising across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X
HubSpot CRM management (pipelines, lead scoring, automation, reporting)
Email marketing (drip sequences, newsletters, lead magnets)
Website updates on WordPress and Squarespace (landing pages, forms, tracking)
Content production (ad copy, emails, blog posts, social media)
Analytics (GA4, conversion tracking, weekly reporting)
Marketing automation (Zapier, chatbots, lead routing)
Working structure:
You execute independently against project-specific playbooks
Weekly 30-minute check-in to review performance and align on priorities
You manage budgets, testing, and optimization decisions day-to-day
When new projects launch, you build out their marketing (pipeline, campaigns, sequences)
90-day expectations:
Paid campaigns running across multiple platforms for all active projects
Email sequences live and converting per project
HubSpot configured with per-project pipelines, automation, and reporting
50+ qualified leads per month
Weekly KPI report delivered every Monday
A repeatable launch process for new projects
REQUIRED:
3-5 years hands-on digital campaign management (setup through optimization, not strategy only)
Google Ads (campaign structure, bidding, conversion tracking)
Meta Ads (audience building, creative testing, lead gen, pixel setup)
CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
Email marketing (drip sequences, segmentation, A/B testing)
WordPress and Squarespace (landing pages, forms, tracking code)
Strong written English suitable for US/Canadian audiences
GA4 and conversion tracking
Self-directed; able to work independently with minimal oversight
PREFERRED:
Real estate or high-ticket B2C experience
International buyer audiences (expats, investors)
Multi-brand or multi-project marketing experience
Zapier or Make
LinkedIn Ads
Agency or solo operator background
