We are looking for an exceptional restaurant leader passionate about luxury hospitality, operational excellence, and unforgettable guest experiences. The Head of Restaurant will lead front-of-house operations, develop service culture, and ensure every guest interaction reflects the standards and philosophy of St. John’s Bay.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience in restaurant leadership, luxury hospitality, or upscale dining

  • Experience leading front-of-house teams in hotels, resorts, or fine dining concepts

  • Advanced conversational English

  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and guest experience management

  • Experience training and developing service teams

  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills

  • Knowledge of food safety, allergen protocols, and operational compliance

  • Ability to work under pressure in live service operations

  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills

  • Hospitality-driven mindset with attention to detail

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations and service execution

  • Ensure compliance with service sequence and timing standards

  • Drive a culture of luxury hospitality and personalized guest experiences

  • Train, coach, and develop front-of-house team members

  • Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve service issues proactively

  • Ensure team compliance with grooming and presentation standards

  • Coordinate pre-shift meetings, service preparation, and operational communication

  • Oversee service quality, table management, and operational flow

  • Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to ensure seamless guest experiences

  • Maintain service standards aligned with the “One Size Fits One” hospitality philosophy
